Massachusetts Day Treatment: Level 1

Our Level 1 Day Treatment Program, also known as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offers a structured yet flexible approach to addiction treatment.

Located in western Massachusetts, our program is designed to support individuals on their journey to recovery without the need for full-time hospitalization. 

Program Schedule
and Structure

Running Monday to Friday, our Level 1 Day Treatment program starts at 9:00 AM and wraps up at 3:30 PM each day. 

Each day includes four dynamic group therapy sessions, designed to foster connection, promote accountability, and build effective recovery strategies. A 45-minute lunch break from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM is built into the schedule, offering the right balance between therapeutic engagement and time to recharge. 
 

Clients participating in Level 1 receive:

  • Four group therapy sessions daily

  • A weekly one-on-one therapy session with their assigned therapist

  • A weekly check-in with our Nurse Practitioner, if needed

  • Case management services to assist with housing, employment, legal needs, and more

  • Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) available when clinically appropriate


Individual sessions are tailored to your personal goals and challenges, with the flexibility to schedule additional sessions as needed. Whether you need clinical support, practical guidance, or medical care, our comprehensive approach ensures you’re fully supported throughout your recovery.
